Welcome to QuickTalk! By using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Definitions

  • “QuickTalk” refers to the messaging and voice service provided via WhatsApp, accessible through QuickTalk.org.
  • “User” refers to anyone who registers, uses, or interacts with QuickTalk. “Recipient” refers to the individual receiving a message or call via QuickTalk.
  • “Services” refer to the QuickTalk messaging, voice chat, and top-up features.
  • 2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use QuickTalk.
  • You must provide accurate registration details (full name, phone number, and payment details where required).
  • 3. Service Description

  • QuickTalk enables users to chat with individuals who do not have WhatsApp or mobile data via voice messaging.
  • Communication is currently voice-only, with text-to-speech messaging planned for the future.
  • Users must top up their accounts using eWallet, Cash Send or PayPal to initiate conversations.
  • 4. Payments & Top-Ups

  • No refunds are provided once a top-up has been processed.
  • Users must attach proof of payment (POP) to verify transactions.
  • 5. Account Balance & Expiry

  • Unused balances remain valid for 90 days from the last top-up.
  • If no top-ups or usage occur within 90 days, the balance may expire.
  • 6. Acceptable Use

    By using QuickTalk, you agree NOT to:

  • Use QuickTalk for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities.
  • Send spam, threats, or inappropriate content. Interfere with QuickTalk’s systems, security, or operations.
  • Use QuickTalk in a way that violates WhatsApp’s terms of service.

  • Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

    7. Privacy & Data Protection

    Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

    8. Service Availability

    QuickTalk strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party dependencies.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    QuickTalk is not liable for service interruptions, loss of balance due to misuse, or external factors beyond our control.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of QuickTalk signifies acceptance of any changes.
